Crumb mixture:
2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
2 tsp. poppy seeds (You can substitute sesame seeds, but if you do, add them to the butter in a skillet and toast them just a bit before adding the crushed crackers)
3 or 4 chicken breasts (boned and cut up in small pieces)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 x 13 pan with half the crumb mixture. Mix the chicken, soup and sour cream together and pour over the crumbs in the pan. Sprinkle the rest of the crumb mixture over the top. Bake one hour at 350 F.
