1 head of lettuce red or green
1-2 cloves of garlic
1-2 tomatoes
green onions
avacados, pit then slice
carrot slices
black olives,
grated parmesian cheese
oregano
parsley
garlic powder,
1-2 T Flax seed oil

Directions:

Cut the head of lettuce into bite sized pieces, then add the rest of the items. Of course, everything is optional and you can even add other things. (Amazing!)
