1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes apricot Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 medium can crushed pineapple,undrained
2 (4oz.) jars apricot baby food
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 (8oz.) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together cream cheese and sugar at medium speed. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, and add to cheese mixture. Beat untill frothy. Remove beaters and stir in pineapple, baby food, nuts and Cool Whip: mix well. Pour into a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. Makes a large salad.
