Tenderized chicken breast
sliced Mozzarella cheese
spaghetti sauce (or tomato sauce with a little italian seasoning added)
salt and pepper to taste
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Season with salt and pepper however many chicken cutlets you want to serve, then roll in flour and chicken fry untill done. In a baking dish of appropriate size, place some of the sauce in bottom of dish. Place cutlets on top of sauce , then place a slice of Mozzarella cheese on each cutlet. Spoon a small amount of sauce over all, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all of top. Cook at 350 just untill cheese melts.
