Ingredients:
ground beef
onion, sliced
potatoes, pealed, quartered, then sliced
sliced carrots (if desired)
salt and pepper to taste
aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Use a generous piece of heavy duty aluminum foil for each serving. Form a patty from the ground beef and season to taste with salt and pepper, then place a patty on each piece of foil, top with slices of onion, desired amounts of potatoes and carrots then seal edges of aluminim foil. (I prefer these minus the carrots and more salt and pepper on the potatoes, but that is just individual taste) Place on baking sheet in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or untill done. Serve with a salad and dinner is done!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Kids love these but most prefer them without the carrots.
