Chicken ( I use thighs 5-6)
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup carrots, diced
1 chicken boullion cube
1 pkg frozen Grandma's egg noodles
6-8 potatoes for mashing
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and vegetables in large pan with water to cover all, for 1 hour.
Remove chicken to cool. Add chicken cube, noodles and continue to boil broth until noodles are done. Add chicken and heat. Serve over mashed potatoes.
