Onion

Pepper
Tomato-chopped
Lettuce-chopped
cottage cheese
Taco Shells

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger meat in small amount of oil with chopped onion,salt and pepper until done and no longer pink. Drain well.
Fill Shell with meat, lettuce, tomato, cottage cheese and sprinkle well with black pepper.
