3 to 4 lbs. - roast beef, any cut
1 can - beer
1 c. - White Zinfandel wine
1 pkg. - onion soup mix
1 tsp. - beef base
1 T. - garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In slow cooker, cook roast beef for approximately 8 hours until tender and falling apart. Take out meat, skim off fat. Shred beef and place back into slow cooker. Add all above ingredients and slow cook for about another 4 to 8 hours. Serve on rolls.

Personal Notes:
I usually start my roast before I go to bed. In the morning I shred and add ingredients and it will be done when I get home from work. I have even thrown roast in the cooker frozen.
