1/2 lb. ground meat
1 tube Owen's sausage
1/2 C bell pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 bunch green onions
1/2 C celery (chopped)
1 box cornbread
4 boiled eggs (peeled and diced)
1 1/2 C rice
2 cans chicken broth (maybe more)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and cook rice. Use directions given on box and
prepare cornbread. While cornbread is baking, brown
sausage. Add vegetables and cook until vegetables have
browned. Add broth and simmer for 20 minutes. When
cornbread is baked, remove from oven and crumble. Add
crumbled cornbread to meat mixture, then rice, mixing well.
Pour mixture into a baking dish and add chopped green
onions. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
