3 lbs cabbage - shredded
1 green, 1 red and 1 orange or yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 medium onions - chopped
2 C sugar
1 1/4 C vinegar
1 C vegetable oil
1 T salt
2 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, peppers, onion and sugar in a large mixing bowl; mix well.Cover and chill 2 hours. Combine vinegar, oil, salt and celery seed in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until salt is dissolved. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Coleslaw will keep for several days in refrigerate.
