1 (8oz) pkg. thin spaghetti or egg noodles 1 cup cooked, chopped ham 1 cup steamed broccoli 1/4 C butter 1/2 C sour cream 1/2 C Ranch dressing 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
Cook egg noodles or spaghetti according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Sauté ham in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in butter and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately
