4 boneless, skinless,chicken breasts
1 T vegetable oil
1 C (4oz) shredded Mexican cheese blend
Garlic powder & Seasoned salt to taste
1 jar (4.5oz) sliced mushrooms,drained
1/2 C chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness. Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoned salt. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in oil for 4 min; turn. Top with the mushrooms, cheese and green onions. Cover and cook until chicken juices run clear and cheese is melted, about 4 minutes.
