Meat of at least 3 lobsters, or equivalent
¼ cup butter
2 T (approximately) flour
2 cups blend mild (10%)

Optional
¼ shredded cheddar
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté lobster meat in butter.
2. Add flour, stir, cook.
3. Add blend milk.
4. Heat well, but do not allow it to come to boil.

May add shredded cheddar.

May sprinkle paprika on top.
