1 egg 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. shortening 1 1/2 c. sweet cream 1 t. baking powder 1 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt approx. 3 1/4 c. flour
My aunt Donna is the expert at this, she came to my home and helped me make it the first time. She makes it look easy. It is great fried and then spread with butter and sugar. Roll it up and enjoy alittle Scandanavian heaven!
