4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 T. milk
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
3 T. butter
1 egg beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 t. soda
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
To mashed bananas, add melted butter, egg, sugar and milk. Beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda. Add nuts and mix well. Bake in moderate oven 350 for 1 hour. Makes 2 small loaves.
