3 Tbls butter
3 Tbls flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
dash nutmeg
3 cups milk
2 (8oz) packages shredded Swiss cheese
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 loaves french bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt and nutmeg. Add milk gradually and cook until sauce is thickened and smooth. Lower heat and add cheese by spoonfuls, stirring to be sure cheese is completely melted between each addition. When all cheese is melted and smooth, add the Worchestershire sauce. Transfer to a heated fondue pot and serve with bread.
