25 cucumbers
12 onions
1/2 cup salt
1 quart vinegar
2 cups sugar
2 tsp mustard seed
2 tsp tumeric
2 tsp celery seed
1 stick cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers in 1/4 inch slices. Thinly slice onions. Soak cucumbers and onions in ice water with a dash of salt for 3 hours. Heat pickling mixture to boiling. Drain cucumbers and onions and add to pickling mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Do not boil. Fill sterilized jars and seal.
