Ingredients:  
1/4 cup warm water
1 Tbls honey
1 package yeast
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
3/4 cups warm water
2 Tbls olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir 1/4 cup water and honey until well blended. Sprinkle top with yeast. Let stand until bubbly. Add 3/4 cup water and olive oil to yeast mixture. Add flour and knead. Let rise in a warm place for one hour or until it doubles in size. Makes enough for 2 crusts. Add toppings and sauce, then bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
