5 pounds zucchini
1 1/2 pounds onions
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 quart vinegar
2 cups sugar
2 Tbls salt
2 tsp mustard seed
2 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub zucchini well and slice into 1/2 inch slices. Slice onion thinly. Combine sugar, vinegar, and spices. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in zucchini and onions. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Heat zucchini mixture to boiling. Remove from heat. Fill jars with the zucchini and vinegar mixture to 1/2 inch from the top. Seal jars.
