4 to 6 large oranges
2 lemons, squeezed and juice reserved
4 cups prepared fruit
6 cups sugar
1 box sure-jell

Directions:
Directions:
Remove rind in quarters. Lay sections flat. Scrape and discard half of the white part. Thinly slice rinds. Add 2 1/2 cups water and 1/8 tsp baking soda. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chop peeled fruit discarding all membrane and reserving all juice. Add fruit and juice to rind. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring often. Add lemon juice, sugar, and sure jell as directed on box. Pour into sterilzed jars.
