Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

2-3 T. margarine
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
Saute the vegetables in the 2-3T. margarine.
Add: 1 T of flour - stir intil moistened
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
Simmer for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

3-4 cups cooked spaghetti
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
grated cheddar cheese
cracker crumbs - about 1 c. with melted margarine added.

In 9x13 inch casserole, layer sauce, spaghetti and chicken. (using about half of each). Add a sprinkle of cheese. Repeat layers. Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs that have been mixed with margarine. Bake at 325 degrees about 45 minutes until bubbly.
