3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. cinnamon
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin, (1 can)
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Measure and add the flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Blend well. Add the water, pumpkin and nuts. Grease and flour 3 (1 lb. size coffee cans and fill each half full. Bake 75 min at 325 - 350 degrees. Cool 10 min. before removing from pan. I prefer to use the mid-size loaf pans and/or muffins. Adjust baking time to bake until a tester comes out clean.
