4 squares unsweetened chocolate (4 oz)
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs-unbeaten
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over hot water.
Remove from water and blend in oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
Add vanilla, Sift flour with baking powder and salt, Stir into chocolate mixture.
Add nuts and mix thoroughly.
Chill dough several hours or overnight.
Drop teaspoonful of dough into powdered sugar.
Roll around and shape into small balls
Bake on greased cookie sheet 350 10-12 minutes
