4 c sliced apples
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 t baking soda
1 t vanilla
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs beaten

Mix apples with sugar. Add flour, soda, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Add nut, oil, and eggs. Mix well. Pour into 9x13" greased & floured pan. Bake at 350 for l hour.

Top with cream frosting.
