1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1/3 c. fresh parsley
1 c. sliced green onions
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 t. salt
dash grnd. pepper
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wive vinegar
1 t. dry mustard
1 tomato diced

Directions:
Directions:
Was broccoli, trim and peel the stems, cut into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl. Wash parsley and chop coarsely. Add to broccoli. Combine garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and dry mustard in a container with a tight lid. Shake to blend. Pour dressing over the broccoli. Add tomato and toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
