1 lb. ground beef - chuck
1/2 lb. ground pork - optional
1 beaten egg
1 small onion diced
1/2 cup diced pepper
2 slices bread soaked in 1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. Gravy Master
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in a little oil until soft. Then mix all ingredients together well. Shape into a meatloaf . Brush ketchup over top of loaf and bake in 9x13 pan for about 1 hour at 350 degree oven.
