Ingredients:  
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
4 c. canned chicken broth
13 oz. can evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. cold water
3 T. flour
salt and pepper to taste
chopped parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mushrooms & broth in sauce pan-heat to boiling, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add milk, return to simmering. Mix flour & cold water to smooth paste. Stir into soup, continue to cook & stir until soup thickens. Serve.
