Vanilla wafers, tart-size paper cups, 1 can cherry pie filling, 2 large pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese and eggs together. Add sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth and mix well. Place vanilla wafer (round side down) in each paper cup, Fill 3/4 full with pie filling. Bake 350...15-20 minutes. Cool. Top with 3 cherries and serve.

I have some pans for small cupcakes and I put the paper cups in them to fill. These are really neat to take to carry-ins. They always disappear fast. Enjoy!
