5 Granny Smith apples, 1/2 box Jiffy yellow cake mix, 1/4 c. Cinnamon/sugar mix, 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples. Place in lightly greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix and sugar mixture over apples. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 350 30 minutes. Serve warm or topped with ice cream
