2 lb, lean ground beef
4 medium onions, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 T garlic, minced
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 oz. chili powder
1/2 tsp.cumin powder
Tony's Chachere's to taste
1 1/2 C cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 T margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in a dutch oven coated with cooking spray. Add 3/4
of chopped vegtables, tomato paste, chili and cumin powder, and
1 C water. Stir and simmer 2 min. Cover and remove from heat.
Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Mix cornmeal, salt, and 2 C water.
Pour mixture in boiling water to make corn meal mush. Add
margarine, stirring constantly until thick. Add remaining vegtables
and Tony's to cornmeal. Line baking dish with cornmeal mixture
and fill with meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 min. to a hour.
