1 large bag (l lb.)spinach
croutons
2-4 hard cooked eggs
8 slices bacon, crumbled
1 onion sliced
Dressing:
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson Oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
3 tsp. mayonnaise
2 T. catsup
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dressing ingredients with a hand mixer or in a blender. If made ahead you can put into a jar but make sure you shake it before you serve.

Wash and clean the spinach. Mix the spinach, eggs, onion slices, bacon and croutons. Just before serving add the dressing to this mixture.
