1 T. - cornstarch
1 T. - water
c. - sugar
c. - soy sauce
c. - vinegar
1 - garlic clove, minced
tsp. - ginger, ground
4 to 5 lbs. - chicken, cut into pieces
1 (1 lb. 4oz.) can - pineapple chunks, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Brush chicken with glaze and place skin side down in greased baking pan. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Brush with glaze every 10 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 30 minutes longer. Glaze occasionally. Add pineapple chunks.
