2 lb. - beef chuck OR arm roast
pkg. - frozen pearl onions
3 - potatoes, chopped into 8 pieces
4 - carrots, peeled & cut into 3 pieces each OR use (12 to 14) baby carrots
1 - celery stalk, cut into 5 to 6 pieces
1 - beef OR vegetable bouillon
1 T. - Worchester sauce
1 T. - steak sauce
garlic powder
pepper
Mrs. Dash (optional)
2 c. - water

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast into the crock-pot, then add water and bouillon cube. Mix your Worchester and steak sauce together; brush on roast. Sprinkle your garlic and pepper on top of roast. (I also use Mrs. Dash). Throw in your cut vegetables and turn the crock-pot on high. Then in 6 hours you will have beef so tender that it will melt in your mouth.
