Ingredients:  
6 c. spinach
2 c. basil
2 T. olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. pine nuts
4 oz. prociutto-thin slices
salt and pepper
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
3/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive, garlic, add garlic & pine nuts. Stir till brown, add prociutto, cook 1 minute.
In salad bowl, have spinach, basil and parmesan.
Pour dressing over & may need a little extra olive oil.
