2 cloves garlic chopped Saute garlic with 1 oz olive oil till soft. 2 c. green peppers chopped 1 c. chopped onion Add: 1/2 c. minced celery 1 c. grated carrots 2 c. chopped zucchini Saute celery, carrots and zucchini till soft. Add: 2- 14 oz. cans tomatoes (stewed) 8 oz picante sauced (salsa) 2 cans chili beans with sauce 1 can garbonzo beans drained cumin Optional: olives and beef boullion
