5-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
leftover ham (optional if want for meal)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Mix melted butter and soup together; set aside. Layer half potatoes, half onions, and half flour and salt, then optional ham. Repeat layers. Pour soup mixture on top. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Serve varnished with grated cheese.
