1 stick butter
1 pkg (2 lbs) frozen hash browns thawed
16 oz sour cream
cream of chicken soup
bacon bits
salt & pepper
bread crumbs or corn flakes
cheddar cheese
chopped onion & green pepper (or buy orieda o'brien hash browns with onions & pepper already included)




Directions:
Directions:
Mix thawed hash browns, green peppers & onions, soup & cheese in baking dish. Add 1/2 the bacon bits.
Top with bread crumbs or corn flakes, more bacon & cheese.

Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees
