2 - 2 1/2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
lemon pepper seasoning
salt & pepper
4 T butter
12 oz fettucini
1 T dried parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each chicken breast into 4 strips & season liberally with lemon pepper, salt & pepper.
Melt 2T butter in heavy skillet.
Add chicken strips and brown lightly on both sides.
Reduce heat, cover, simmer about 15-20 mins (until done).
Cook fettucini by pkg. directions, drain & return to pot
Stir in 4T butter, parsley flakes, salt & pepper to taste.
Turn fettucini onto large platter or pasta bowl and arrange chicken strips on top.
