50 caramels (Kraft 14oz package)
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups flour
2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
1-1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup melted margarine
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, soda, salt,butter.
Press 1/2 into bottom of lightly greased 9x13 pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and top with chocolate chips and nuts.Spread melted carmel carefully over chips and nuts. Sprinkle with remaining crumble. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 or until is browned nicely.
