4-6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned.
4 tsp. margarine
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic-minced,
3/4 c. dry white wine,
1/2 tsp. salt,
3/4 c. chicken broth,
2 tsp. cornstarch,
1/2 c. whipping cream,
2 tsp. lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts slowly on both sides in 2 tsp. margarine. Remove from pan and add rest of margarine, mushrooms and garlic and stir until lightly browned.
Return chicken to pan. Add wine and salt. Simmer for about 10 min. until breasts are done when pierced. (Juice should not be pink)
Shake together cornstarch and chicken broth. Add to pan juices and mix well. Boil 1-2 minutes until thick. Stir in cream and heat briefly until sauce is thickened slightly. Add lemon juice to taste.
