Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-1/2# ground ham
2# ground pork
1# ground beef
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 cups milk
3 eggs

SAUCE
2 cans tomato soup
1-1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ground meat with cracker crumbs, milk, and eggs. Wet hands and make into balls, about 1" or so. Mix sauce ingredients together. Place meatballs in single layer on jelly roll pans or casseroles, pour sauce over meat. Bake at 350 for 1 hour uncovered. Turn meatballs after 1/2 hour of cooking time so glaze can form on both sides. May put in crock pot to keep warm for serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These are something different from the normal meat ball ... kind of an appetizer. I have used two pounds of each meat, which works fine too, instead of the combination above.
