6 or more potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
2 carrotts pared and sliced
2 onions chopped
4 chicken bouillon cubes
5 cups water
1/3 cup butter
1-13oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except milk in large crock pot.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours or cook on high for 5-6hours.
Stir in the evaporated milk during the last hour of cooking.
If using a 2 qt crock pot cut recipe in half
