3 1/2 c. cold milk
2 pkges. (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 baked 9-inch pie shell-cooled

Cream Cheese Topping
1 pkge. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 T. sugar
3 T. milk
2 c. thawed COOL WHIP whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie filling mix as directed on pkge. for pie, using 3 1/2 c. milk. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, prepare topping. Beat cheese with sugar and milk in a bowl until well blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over pie. Garnish with grated chocolate, if desired.
