1 lb. chicken(3-4 chicken breasts)
1 white onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 T. oil
1 lb, tomatillos quartered
1 can or 2 C. chicken broth
1 can green chilis
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. corriander
1/4 t. ground cumin
1 can white beans with juice
1 can corn with juice

Cook chicken, onion and garlic in oil. Mix all other ingredients in large pan. Add chicken, onion, garlic- heat- Simmer about 20 min.
Serve and garnish with grated monterey jack cheese, avocados and lime wedges.
serves 4-6
