1 can peas drained
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 T. chopped pimentos
1 c. cubbed cheese or cut up some long horn cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredents well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Use your choice of cheese to make it suit yourself and family.
