1 fresh salmon whole scaled and gutted leave head on
2 cups rice steamed till tender
3 green onions w/tops chopped
1 small can snowpeas or sweetpeas
3 large carrots chopped
jalapinos to taste chopped
2 Roma tomatoes chopped
4 large mushrooms chopped
basil to taste
soy sauce to taste

hold your fish back,,steam vegetables and spices togather until well done,allow to drian to remove as much water as possible make bed of rice and vegetables in baking dish lay your fish in middle of bed and bake til fish is done.Add 4 table spoons of soy sauce,garnish with cilantro and eat it all up.
