1# thawed ground venison
1 egg
2 Tbs. catsup (approx)
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce (approx)
1 tsp dried minced onions flakes
pepper and garlic salt to taste (option.)
slices of American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dad goes out and harvests a deer. Dad butchers/grinds the meat into hamburger, packages it, and puts it in the freezer.
TIME PASSES...........
Thaw frozen ground venison. Place into a large mixing bowl. Add all of the other ingredients. Mix with hands (for best taste) Shape into 4 patties. Grill or fix in a frying pan on the stove. Top with a slice of cheese. Serve on toasted buns. Enjoy!
