1 cp black eye peas 1 1/2 cps hot water
1/4 cp each: onions/bell pepper/celery coarsly chopped
1/4 cp (about) each: pork sausage/bacon in small peices
2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp rosemary
1- 14 1/2 oz. can GV stewed tomatoes
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine peas/water/onions/peppers/garlic/rosemary/sage in crock pot - Start
In a skillet, brown sausage and bacon - add to peas mixture.(including grease)
When peas reach desired doneness, add salt/pepper/tomatoes (If you add tomatoes and salt too soon, peas will be hard).
