2 CUPS FROZEN HASH BROWN POTATOES
10 OZ PACKAGE FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES
2 CANS CONDENSED CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
2 CANS CHICKEN BROTH
1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
12 OZ VELVEETA*

Directions:
Put everything except the Velveeta in a large pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes until the veggies are tender. Add Velveeta and stir until it is completly melted. Serve in bowls with crackers or cornbread on the side.
