9 or 10 double salted crackers
1 c grated American cheese
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble crackers and cover with milk. Add beaten egg, salt, and cheese. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until firm. You might want to double the recipe when 4 or 5 are hungry school children.
